Seriously THE BEST manicure I have EVER had. Wide range of colors, clean salon, and awesome attention to detail. Sarah did my manicure and pedicure and was very accommodating and professional. Also it is the most affordable in town. I absolutely love my nails and am so surprised it was so affordable. Definitely give this place a try.

Im quite new to the acrylic world. I got my very first acrylics installed at another salon and I was not too happy with them. When I came to Crystal Nails, I instantly new I would be taken care of. Megan took her time reshaping and mending my broken nail while also keeping me in mind every step of they way. She always checked in with me; asking me if I liked the shape, and telling me what she was doing next and why. I Felt PAMPERED! definitely going back

Critical:Cleanliness,Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Valuethis place was all around HORRIBLE. Megan kept taking her favourite clients over me and made me wait 1 hour and 20 mins after I had my reservation for. I waited just to have my nails look bad. they also fell off the next day. the tools I saw her use were filthy. dont waste you time and money its not worth it. and these good reviews u see she BEGS for to her clients.this place was all around HORRIBLE. Customer service was good. The two women working were professional, and friendly, and I’m overall happy with my dip manicure. Seems good quality and that it’ll last a while. I originally went looking for a design with stones, their selection of stones aren’t very elegant, kind of juvenile. A lot of plastic sequins, reminded me on stick on earrings. But generally a good experience if your looking for your everyday quality manicure/pedicure experience.

Absolutely phenomenal! I will definitely be going back! Originally went because an acrylic from a salon back in CT had popped off and I needed a fill. Come to find out the CT salon had actually done a pretty bad job (other nails were lifting/not sealed properly). The girls here fixed my nails and Megan did a PERFECT job filling and filing them to my signature extra sharp stiletto point. Also added in a gel polish! Fantastic price and the best service I’ve had at any salon. Will always go here as long as I live in MA!

Critical:QualityI got a gel pedicure that cost me $45.00 and the quality of her polish isn’t the best! You would think for $45.00 they would use the paraffin and hot rocks but no they are very cheap and they only want your money.Also she pressure customers to pay via cash app and she seems to get upset when you use your debit / credit card.
