Cutco Cookware is designed for stove-top use. With the exception of the Gourmet Fry Pans and Griddle, we DO NOT recommend using your Cookware in the oven. If food is left to cool in a covered pan after cooking, the cover may adhere tightly to the pan. Simply reheat to break the vapor seal.

However, Cutco knives are not as commonly used in professional kitchens as other high-end knife brands. Professional chefs often prefer knives from well-established brands known for their quality and precision, such as Wusthof, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Global, Shun, and more.

Send it in and our skilled craftsmen will inspect the product to determine if we need to repair it or replace it with new product. It's that simple. We will then ship the product back to you. If the damage was caused by misuse or abuse, we will replace the item for one half of the current retail price.

If we are unable to service your vintage product we will replace it for damage that occurred during conventional use. If the damage occurred under unconventional use, we will replace it for half the current retail price plus applicable sales tax.

With proper use and care, the edge on your straight-edge and Double-D®-edge knives should last years. When you notice they aren't performing as you expect, send them for free sharpening and we'll get them like new.
