In order to sign in to the device protection plan dashboard, you will need a valid Skyward Family Access username and password. Please include the following information:
- Your full name.
- Your full address.
- Your child's full name.
You will receive an email with your account credentials within 24-48 hours.
Once you successfully sign in, you will have the opportunity to purchase the protection plan online via a secure credit card form. If you prefer to use cash or check, please send these items to your child's school in the amount listed below by grade. Your child will be covered by the protection plan once payment is accepted and verified.
