How do I use my free flat tire repair benefit?
Simply bring your flat or damaged tire into a Walmart Auto Care Center, check in with one of our certified technicians to verify your membership, then let us take care of repairing your tire.
The tire does not have to be on a vehicle when you bring it in for repair.
What kind of tires are eligible for this benefit?
This benefit applies only to tires used on passenger cars, light trucks, minivans, small RVs & crossovers.

What other exclusions apply to this benefit?
The Auto Care Center (ACC) will not repair a tire when there is no usable tread left (2/32") or when the location & size of the damage on the tire does not meet industry standards for tire repair services.
Do I have to purchase the tire from Walmart to qualify for the free flat tire repair?
No. As a trial or paid Walmart+ member, you can bring in an eligible flat tire & get it repaired, regardless of where the tire was purchased from.
Do I have to validate my Walmart+ membership each time I get a flat tire repair?
Your Walmart+ membership will be validated the first time you use flat tire repair & be automatically connected afterward providing proof of membership. Tire restrictions apply.
If I have multiple vehicles, do they all qualify for flat tire repair?
There is no limit to how many different tires an active trial or paid member can bring in for free flat tire repair, however there are limits to the number of times one specific tire can be repaired. Tire restrictions apply.

How do I get free road hazard warranty as a Walmart+ member?
As a Walmart+ member, you get road hazard warranty for free when you purchase your tire(s) from Walmart & get them installed at one of our Auto Care Centers. You will be required to bring your receipt to show proof of warranty.
Is there a minimum number of tires you must purchase to be eligible for free road hazard warranty as a Walmart+ member?
Requires a purchase of at least one tire. The warranty will only apply to the tire(s) purchased & installed at the Walmart Auto Care Center.
How do I use my free road hazard warranty?
With free road hazard warranty, bring your damaged tire(s) to a Walmart ACC & the damaged tire will be repaired. If the damages are not repairable, you will get a pro-rated replacement tire. Non-repairable tires being replaced will be price-adjusted based on the percent of usable tread remaining & the current Walmart price.

What is not covered with road hazard warranty?
Tires that need to be repaired/replaced due to:
a. Improper inflation, improper wheel alignment, mechanical wear, irregular or premature tread wear, vehicle accident, vandalism, fire, customer abuse, or tires overloaded.
b. Brake lock-up, run flat due to severe under-inflation, high-pressure sprayer damage, chemical damage, over-exposure to harsh environmental conditions, or cut from rim or chains.
What are the terms of road hazard warranty?
The warranty only applies to the original purchaser & the tires mounted & balanced on the original vehicle. It is non-transferable and covers things like nails, glass, & almost any unforeseen hazards of the road that could puncture or damage a tire. It is not offered for trailer, lawn & garden, ATV, or any other specialty tires. See full terms here.
Do I have to be a current member to use the road hazard warranty?
You must be an active trial or paid Walmart+ member when you purchase & have your tires installed at a Walmart Auto Care Center to receive the road hazard warranty. The warranty is tied to the purchase of the tire.
