TheMiami Dolphins already know which opponents will be on their slate when the NFL announces the league's 2024 schedule on Wednesday.
The2024 NFL schedule releasecomes on Wednesday at 8 p.m., giving the Dolphins and the rest of the league's teams a glimpse at the gauntlet they'll have to go through to push for a postseason spot.
As usual, six of the Dolphins' 17 games will come against their AFC East rivals: The Buffalo Bills, New York Jets and New England Patriots. The other 11 games this season will consist of matchups against teams from the AFC South and the NFC West, plus the Packers, Raiders and Jaguars.
When do the Dolphins host the Bills in 2024?
Miami will host Buffalo in a Week 2 Thursday Night game on Amazon.
The Dolphins will host the Bills on Sept. 12 at 8:15 p.m, as announced by the network.
Folks in Palm Beach will have to subscribe to Amazon Prime to watch this game.
What is Miami Dolphins 2024 NFL Schedule Strength of Schedule?
Based on last year's records, the Dolphins play the NFL's 24th most-difficult schedule. Their opponents were a combined 141-148 last season for a winning percentage of only .488.

Miami Dolphins' 2024 NFL schedule: Look at all these top QB's Miami won't have to play
NFL Week 1 games: Kansas City Chiefs, Green Bay Packers, Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens
ThePackers and Eagleswill begin their season on Friday, Sept. 6 in Sao Paolo for the NFL's first ever game in Brazil. The Chiefs, as defending Super Bowl champions, will host an AFC Championship game rematch the day before when the NFL kicks off the season on Thursday Night Football on Sept. 5 with the Chiefs playing the Baltimore Ravens.
NFL London games: Jacksonville Jaguars, Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings
The Bears, Vikings and Jaguars are all scheduled to host games in London this fall. The Bears and Vikings will host games at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the Jaguars will host a game at Wembley Stadium.
NFL Germany game: Carolina Panthers
The Panthers will host this year's game in Germany at Allianz Arena in Munich.

Each team will play 17 games this season. The regular season will begin on Sept. 5, with the first full Sunday of games coming on Sept. 8. The final week of the season will conclude with games on Jan. 5, 2025.
Miami Dolphins offseason: NFL draft picks, free agent signings
The Dolphins' top free agent signings this offseason linebacker Jordyn Brooks, edge rusher Shaq Barrett, cornerback Kendall Fuller, center Aaron Brewer, safety Jordan Poyer and wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr.
The Dolphins used their first-round NFL draft pick on Penn State edge rusher Chop Robinson and their second-round pick on Houston offensive tackle Patrick Paul. The rest of the Dolphins' picks were: running back Jaylen Wright, edge rusher Mo Kamara, wide receiver Malik Washington, safety Patrick McMorris and wide receiver Tahj Washington.
Key players the Dolphins lost this offseason include defensive tackle Christian Wilkins, guard Robert Hunt, cornerback Xavien Howard, linebacker Jerome Baker and edge rusher Andrew Van Ginkel.
